2. MeeNoMee app - what we collect

MeeNoMee collects no personal data and requires no account to download or play. No account, no contact information, no device identifiers collected by Northway Studio, no location data, no analytics, and no third-party advertising SDKs.

Player names entered in Auto-Insights mode are not saved to disk by the app and are not transmitted anywhere. They are used only during the active in-app session. iOS may temporarily preserve app state while suspended, but player names are not retained across launches.

Custom Pack questions are stored as a local file on your device. The app does not use iCloud sync, CloudKit, or any cloud storage API. iOS backups may include this file, but Northway Studio has no access to it.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. See Apple privacy policy.

3. Website - what we collect

The website collects only name, email, and message submitted through the contact form. This is used only to respond to inquiries.

The contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers. To request deletion of data Formspree holds, contact Formspree directly in accordance with their privacy policy.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection. Turnstile analyzes anonymized browser signals to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. It does not set tracking cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track users across websites.

This website is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our infrastructure provider for DNS resolution, content delivery, DDoS protection, and security. As part of normal network operations, Cloudflare processes data such as IP addresses, HTTP request logs, and security events.

This website loads the Noto Sans typeface from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests including your IP address.

4. Cookies, tracking, and Do Not Track

This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. As part of serving this site, Cloudflare may set minimal security cookies on your device as infrastructure for site delivery and contact form bot protection. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, session replay tools, or any cross-site tracking.

5. Children's privacy

MeeNoMee is designed for facilitators (typically adults) who run the game for in-person groups. Younger people may take part as players alongside others; the app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children who are present in the group.

The App Store lists a 4+ age rating for MeeNoMee based on Apple's review of content appropriateness. That rating is not a statement that we market to young children or treat them as our primary customers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the MeeNoMee app. Because the app does not collect personal data from users as described in Section 2, parental consent under COPPA is not required for in-app data practices.

The website contact form is the one place where someone could submit personal information. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information through our contact form, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Because we collect very little, most of these rights have limited practical application - but we honor them fully.

EEA and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Canadian residents (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25)

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. Quebec residents have additional rights under Quebec Law 25.

Australian residents (Privacy Act 1988)

You have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you, and to make a complaint if you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles. To exercise rights, email [email protected] or use our contact form.

7. Data retention

Contact inquiries are retained only as long as necessary to respond, typically no longer than 12 months.

Formspree may also retain submissions independently. To request deletion from Formspree, contact Formspree directly via their privacy policy. MeeNoMee app data (Custom Pack questions) is stored only on your device and may be included in your device's iOS backup.

8. International transfers

Northway Studio is based in California, USA. If you use our contact form from outside the United States, your name, email, and message are transmitted to and processed in the United States, and may also be processed by Formspree on servers in other countries.
